A new or used combine hire can help reduce operating costs. We have full or part season hires available from 1 - 5 years. Maintenance options include full engineering backup at a fixed price. With uncertainty in the short term, hiring makes a lot of sense.

The most popular combine hires are CR9080/980, CX8080/8090/880/860 and TX68/66 combines, however other models are also hired and available on request.

Accessories such as side knives and rape extensions are also available.

 

Maintenance Options

Fully Maintained

Fixed price combining includes out of season servicing and maintenance (either on farm or at our own workshop), breakdown cover and guaranteed replacement combine in the event of serious breakdown.

Harvestcare Warranty / Maintenance

Many farmers are looking for a reduced fixed rental and may be happy to either carry out all or some of the maintenence work themselves, or only pay for work as required. However, with today's sophisticated combines there can be a lot of unexpected expense involved when things go wrong with major components such as gearboxes, engines and hydraulics. Not only is the cost of repair or replacement high but you could also be left without a combine, waiting for parts or work to be completed, for an extended period of time leading to contractor costs or worse. We have designed Harvestcare to take the hassle and worry away from you by covering the repair or replacement of these components with our unique Harvestcare extended warranty. Harvestcare even provides for a replacement combine whilst problems with these components are being fixed. (Details available on request.)

Operator Training

APH offer operator training courses for new hirers. This is usually a one day course held at APH headquarters towards the end of june.
